Sesi-Edem Co. Ltd, together with its subsidiary Sesi-Edem LLC USA, has announced a strategic partnership with Catalyst Green LLC aimed at introducing advanced biological agricultural technologies to enhance farming productivity and sustainability in Ghana.

The announcement was made by Mr Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah Atokple, Chief Executive Officer of Sesi-Edem Company Limited on Saturday June 20th 2026 in an official statement.

The collaboration is designed to support the transformation of the agricultural sector through innovation-driven solutions focused on improving soil health, strengthening root development, enhancing nutrient availability, and promoting healthier crop growth. The initiative places strong emphasis on empowering Ghanaian farmers with access to modern technologies that can restore soil performance and improve overall yield.

Agriculture remains central to economic and community development, and the partnership is aligned with a shared vision of building a more resilient and technology-driven farming system.

Mr Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah Atokple, Chief Executive Officer of the Sesi-Edem company, emphasised the broader development goals of the partnership, noting that it extends beyond agricultural productivity to include skills development and job creation within the sector.

It also expressed appreciation to Dr. Brian K. Johnson, Board Chair of the Sesi-Edem Group, for his long-standing partnership and contribution to facilitating the agreement.

Looking ahead, Sesi-Edem expressed confidence that the partnership will make a meaningful contribution to Ghana’s agricultural development agenda, particularly through private-sector collaboration that complements government efforts to modernize the sector and enhance food security.
