The National Motor (Okada) Riders Union has extended its heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama on his election as President of Ghana.
In a press statement released on Wednesday December 11, 2024, the Union commended President Mahama for his hard work and perseverance, which they described as instrumental in his well-deserved victory.
The statement, signed by the Union’s communication team, emphasized their gratitude for the President’s dedication to addressing the needs of their union.
The Union expressed optimism that his administration will fulfill its promises, particularly concerning the legalization and regulation of their operations.
“We are also grateful for your commitment and dedication to our union. We pray that God protects you and gives you wisdom as we hope on legalization and promises made by you to our union,” the statement read.
The Union reaffirmed its belief that the incoming government would work towards regularizing their activities, ensuring a better future for its members.
