Benjamin Ekuadzi Congratulates New NDC Branch Executives in Anloga, Teases New Political Announcements

Woe-Anloga District (V/R) – August 2026

King Benjamin Ekuadzi has congratulated newly elected branch executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Anlo Constituency, as well as executives who have retained their positions.

In a congratulatory message he shared and made available to veritasnewsgh. om  Mr Ekuadzi extended his goodwill to the new executives and those who successfully retained their seats, describing their election as an important responsibility towards strengthening the party at the grassroots.

“I congratulate all our newly elected branch executive and all those who retain their seat,” followed by the expression “Ayikooooooo! Eye Zu Eye Za.”

Mr Ekuadzi, who has previously contested the NDC parliamentary primary in the Anlo Constituency, has maintained his interest in the constituency’s political affairs. He was among six aspirants who contested the party’s 2023 parliamentary primary.

Beyond the congratulatory message, Mr Ekuadzi is expected to make further political announcements in the coming days, which could provide more clarity on his political plans and his intended engagement with the party and constituents.

The anticipated announcements are being closely watched within the constituency, particularly against the backdrop of renewed political activity and the emergence of new party executives at the grassroots.

Mr. Ekuadzi has also called on the newly elected NDC executives to make dialogue, consultation and constructive engagement the preferred means of resolving disagreements and internal challenges.

He urged the executives to prioritise unity and the collective interest of the party, stressing the importance of allowing dialogue and mutual understanding to guide the resolution of differences rather than permitting disagreements to deepen divisions.

His appeal comes at a time when the role of grassroots executives remains crucial to maintaining party cohesion, strengthening communication between the leadership and members, and mobilising support at the branch and constituency levels.

The Anlo NDC has historically relied heavily on its extensive branch structure for grassroots mobilisation. In the 2023 parliamentary primary, for instance, 1,233 delegates from 28 electoral areas were expected to participate in the selection of the party’s parliamentary candidate.

Mr. Ekuadzi’s latest message therefore combines congratulations to the party’s grassroots leadership with a call for unity and peaceful internal engagement, while his expected political announcements are likely to further shape discussions about his future political direction in the Anlo Constituency.

“Eye Zu, Eye Za” — one eye, one purpose — remains the message underpinning his congratulatory gesture as the party moves forward with its new and retained branch leadership.
