The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has confirmed eighteen (18) new monkeypox cases, bringing the total number of recorded cases to 346 in Ghana
With death counts remaining at one, with no new fatalities and no current hospital admissions.
The Ghana Health Service announced this in their latest update on the disease on Agust 7th 2025.
They urged the public to continue observing the safety precautions by avoiding close contact with people who show signs or symptoms of the disease.
The Service added that it is working closely with its regional directorates to trace contacts and coordinate the national response.
