Anlo Constituency NDC Youth Wing congratulates George Opare Addo on nomination
The Youth Wing of the Anlo Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has extended heartfelt congratulations to Mr George Opare Addo on his recent nomination as the Minister-designate for the newly created Youth Development and Empowerment Ministry.
A statement signed by Mr Precious Kusorgbor, the Constituency Youth Organizer of the party and made available to Ghana News Agency, lauded Mr. Opare Addo for his unwavering dedication, dynamic leadership, and commitment to the empowerment of young people nationwide.
“Your appointment is a testament to your hard work and visionary service, which have now been recognised at the highest level, we assure you of our unwavering support and partnership in advancing your agenda for the empowerment of the next generation,” the statement read.
The congratulatory message concluded with a call for his tenure to be marked by great success and monumental progress for the country’s youth.
In an interview with Madam Klenam Antoinette Adedze, Constituency Deputy Youth Organiser, she cited Mr Opare’s organisational and youth mobilisation skills for the party’s success in the December polls as fantastic success, which she believes will be replicated in his national responsibility as a state minister if duly confirmed.
“We are confident that your passion, experience, organisational skills, and innovative ideas will drive impactful policies and transformative programs that will shape a brighter future for the youth of our country,” she said
George Opare Addo, popularly known as “Pablo”, is the national youth organiser of the NDC party and his recent nomination by the President John Dramani Mahama received widespread commendation, reflecting his reputation as a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and development.
He was announced alongside some other nominations on Thursday morning who are expected to appear before the Parliament’s appointment committee for vetting in the coming days
